Fee Schedule
Mediation time will be charged at the rate of $250 per hour with a three-hour minimum. $750 fee is required to confirm your mediation.
Additional time is charged at the normal rate and computed to the next half hour and payment will be due at the conclusion of the mediation.
Each Party will be expected to pay one-half of any additional mediation fee at the conclusion of the mediation unless there is a court order or written agreement outlining a different pay schedule.
Additional time for preparation and review of documents charged at the normal hourly rate.
Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy
There is a minimum seven-hundred-and-fifty-dollar ($750.00) charge for each mediation session or cases which are cancelled with less than three business days notice (weekends and holidays excluded). Should you find the need to reschedule your mediation, please contact our office in writing at least three business days prior to the original scheduled date to discuss having the non-refundable scheduling fee credited to a new date without penalty.
